Frequently asked questions
How do I upload a practice test?
Take an official practice test on LawHub, then upload your score report from the Tests page in the app. Testify reads your results — which questions you got right or wrong, timing, and question types — and updates your skill diagnosis. We never read or store the questions themselves, only your performance data.
How does the free plan and trial work?
The free plan gives you 10 drill questions a day with full diagnoses, one practice-test upload, and the starter Playbook — no card required. Founding-beta members get a 14-day free trial of Testify Plus (unlimited drills, uploads, and the full tier system), also with no card. When a trial ends you drop back to the free plan; nothing is charged automatically.
Are these real LSAT questions?
No — and that’s by design. Every Testify question is an original work written to LSAT format standards, never copied from real tests. That means unlimited fresh practice, and every official PrepTest stays unspoiled for what it’s best at: measuring your score.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and choose account deletion. You’ll be signed out immediately, access is disabled, and any active subscription is canceled. Your data is kept in a deactivated state for about 30 days — email us within that window if you change your mind — then permanently purged. You can export your data first.
How do I contact support?
Email support@testifyprep.app. During the founding beta you’re talking directly to the person building Testify — bug reports, billing questions, and defective-question flags all welcome.
